Role & Responsibilities:

  • To maximize members engagement through different occasions, like events or other communication channels
  • To assist in event planning, execution and management
  • To support daily operations of the membership club
  • To establish strong members relationship and increase member engagement rate of the club
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by superior



  • 5 years relevant experience in CRM, Sales or Customer Service in Property industry
  • Degree holder in marketing or related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proactive, energetic, outgoing personality, people person
