Role & Responsibilities :

  • Assist the project in-charge to manage for the project during design stage, tender drawing production & construction period
  • Acting as the key contact person to liaise with project stakeholders including designers, clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors and other relevant parties
  • Proper and detailed collection and consolidation of project related administrative documents
  • Overall project cost management, including the handling of payments and also to assist on keeping track of the overall cost and expenses reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per requested by the project in-charge


Requirements :

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in interior design, fitting-out and/or A&A works
  • Solid presentations and communications skills, with the ability to manage the stakeholders internally and externally
  • Experience in site coordination will be a definite advantage
  • Well organized and strong time management skills; able to handle various projects independently
  • Competent use of MS office. Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop will be an advantage
  • Diploma or above in relevant discipline
