Manager – Human Resources (Talent Management and Organization Development)

  • To take part in the planning and implementation of talent management and organization development initiatives, frameworks, roadmaps and executions
  • Ensure the talent development and succession planning strategies are in line with the group’s vision and strategic directions, and to review, refine / re-create frameworks and mechanisms where necessary
  • Develop and coordinate staff engagement initiatives e.g. cultural penetration workshops
  • Strengthen internal communication and synergies among different talent pools across multiple business units within the group



  • 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years of solid managerial exposure within the talent development / talent management / organization development scopes in sizable companies
  • Versatile and independent in handling different projects
  • Innovative and willing to think outside of the box for talent engagement ideas
  • People oriented with seasoned communication skills to work with parties across different business units
  • Able to comprehend the Group’s value and insights & take pride in being an “Artisan”; be enthusiastic in helping to further enhance the group culture and its core values
