Assistant Officer - Customer Relationship Management

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for data entry, data mining and system testing for Customer Relationship Management campaigns
  • To handle member enquiries, following up unsubscribed requests, information card distribution and replenishment
  • To provide administrative support to the team and the membership club
  • To source and send out seasonal gift to members
  • To keep good track of the gift and stationery stock level
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior



  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year of relevant working experience preferred from property industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive, independent, energetic and positive
