Role & Responsibilities:

  • Render professional support to the Department Heads on all aspects of Human Resources functions
  • Provide end-to-end support in recruitment activities and manpower planning
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Department and various service units
  • Monitor and maintain compensation & benefits, including pay plan, benefits program, etc.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures for various service units
  • Establish and conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by Superior



  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience which 3 years of management experience
  • Pleasant, stable, efficient, organized and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
