Assistant Manager – Central Administration

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Central Administration team and operational staff
  • Assist in formulating and implementing central administration policies and procedures
  • Assist in devising annual budget, payment and reimbursement
  • Organize corporate events and staff wellness programmes
  • Implement administration and green office measures
  • Ensure the adherence to the policies and procedures of administration
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies with 2 years of supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, innovative, pleasant, good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
